ClinicalVoice Community Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ClinicalVoice Community, an online research panel community where individuals can participate in research studies and share their valuable insights. By becoming a member of ClinicalVoice Community, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility:
   • To become a member of ClinicalVoice Community, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. 
   • You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. 
   • Employees and immediate family members of ClinicalVoice Community, as well as its affiliated companies, are not eligible to participate. 
     
2. Membership:
   • Membership in ClinicalVoice Community is free and voluntary. 
   • By joining ClinicalVoice Community, you consent to receive emails and notifications related to research studies, updates, and other community-related information. 
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account. 
     
3. Research Studies: 
   • As a member of ClinicalVoice Community, you may be invited to participate in various research studies, including surveys, interviews, discussions, and other forms of data collection. 
   • Participation in research studies is entirely voluntary. You have the right to choose whether or not to participate in any given study. 
   • ClinicalVoice Community does not guarantee the frequency or availability of research studies, and you may not be selected for every study. 
     
4. Privacy and Data Collection: 
   • ClinicalVoice Community is committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 
   • y participating in research studies, you acknowledge and agree that the information you provide may be collected, stored, and analyzed by ClinicalVoice Community and its research partners for research purposes, including for the administration of research studies. 
   • ClinicalVoice Community will take reasonable measures to de-identify and anonymize your personal information before sharing it with third parties, unless explicit consent is obtained. 
     
5. Intellectual Property: 
   • Any content, materials, or data provided by ClinicalVoice Community, including research studies, surveys, reports, and findings, are the intellectual property of ClinicalVoice Community or its partners. 
   • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of the content or materials provided by ClinicalVoice Community for commercial purposes without obtaining prior written permission. 
     
6. Code of Conduct: 
   • As a member of ClinicalVoice Community, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly towards other community members, researchers, and administrators. 
   • You must not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior while participating in research studies or using the community platform. 
   • You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information while participating in the community or as part of research engagements. 
   • ClinicalVoice Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate the code of conduct. 
     
7. Termination: 
   • You have the right to terminate your membership in ClinicalVoice Community at any time by contacting us. 
   • ClinicalVoice Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or engage in any fraudulent activities. 
     
8. Modifications: 
   • ClinicalVoice Community reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will be available on our website. 
   • It is your responsibility to review the terms and conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes. By continuing to participate in research studies or use the community platform after any modifications, you accept and agree to the updated terms and conditions. 
     
9. Disclaimer of Liability: 
   • ClinicalVoice Community provides research studies and community services on an “as is” basis. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content or materials provided. 
   • ClinicalVoice Community shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in research studies or use of the community platform. 
     
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. 
    • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts sitting in the County of Monroe, State of New York or the federal courts in the Western District of New York. 
      
11. Severability: 
    • If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. 
      
12. Entire Agreement: 
    • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ClinicalVoice Community, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein. 
      

By joining ClinicalVoice Community and participating in research studies, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from joining the community or participating in research studies.
